    STS9 closed out the 2007 Memorial Day weekend festivities at Philadelphia's Penns Landing a little earlier than planned.  Through out the day, the clouds, heat and humidity built to the point of no return.  The national weather service called for rain (ALOT OF IT) at 9:42pm.  It hit at 9:41pm as STS9 were rushed off the stage cutting their set down to less than an hour.  While short, the set sure was sweet as the boys played knowing they wouldn't have Mother Nature on their s
